CUB Practice is the perfect starting point for young wrestlers ages 4–7 to build confidence, discipline, and a strong foundation in the sport. Focused on the basics and fundamentals, our program creates a fun, structured environment where kids can learn, grow, and fall in love with wrestling, all while developing coordination, focus, and a winning mindset. Give your child the tools to succeed on and off the mat, this is where their wrestling journey begins. Practice is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 3:30pm-5pm
